The best clinic is the one that screens you thoroughly and tells you honestly which procedure is safest for your eyes. Compare at least two or three clinics using this checklist.
- Diagnostic depth – corneal tomography, epithelial mapping and tear-film tests.
- Named equipment – which femtosecond and excimer lasers, and when they were updated.
- Surgeon experience – case volume, subspecialty training and complication protocols.
- English support – translated consultation, consent forms and aftercare instructions.

- Follow-up plan – day 1, ~1 week and ~1 month checks, plus a plan for after you fly home.
- Honest candidacy – willingness to say “not a candidate” and suggest PRK , SMILE or ICL instead.

Which Seoul district is best for LASIK?

Can I book a Seoul eye clinic from abroad?

Are university hospitals better than private clinics?
